ANNUAL BACKFLOW INSPECTION

Arrived on site there was a supervisory on the panel. Vault tampers needed to be adjusted. Upon leaving system was operating as designed.

Customer was scheduled on my list to do the annual fire extinguisher inspections. I arrived and did this service for them. They did not need any maintenance at this time only service for the inspections.

Customer needed to get their kitchen fire suppression system serviced and their fire extinguishers done. They called to set up the appointment. I arrived and took the system apart. I changed out the disposable items and checked for obstruction. Once I found that the system was good then I put it back together and tested it. Test was good so I added all the new parts and took the system out of test. It is now live and ready to use. I then checked on the fire extinguishers. There are 4 of them and I inspected them all and added new tags.

I did the annual fire extinguisher inspections at this location today. I looked at each fire extinguisher for defects and damage. I then looked in the hose to make sure they were free from obstructions. I looked at the gauge to make sure it was still in the green. I then tagged each fire extinguisher and hung them back in their proper place.

I stopped in to see if they were ready for their annual fire extinguisher inspection. The customer said yes, go ahead and get it done. I did the service and told them I would be back in a year to do the next annual. The extinguishers were good for a year from the date on the tags.
