inspection of your Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System today. We identified an issue where one of the nozzles above the fryer is clogged, which could prevent proper discharge in the event of a fire. Our technician is cleaning the nozzle and will replace the discharge cap to ensure full functionality. We'll retest the system afterward to confirm everything is working as required.
