This customer called and needed to have a fire extinguisher service done. I arrived and did the service for the customer. There was two fire extinguishers one for the annual one that needed 6 year maintenance. I did both and now the customer is code compliant.

customer called and wanted to get the fire suppression system inspected and maintained. I let them know I could do it this week. We scheduled it and got it done. There were no problems with the system and I let the customer know. I gave them the report and let them know I would call in 6 months to get them back on the schdule.

The customer wanted to get a quote to get their kitchen system hydrotested. I wrote a quote and sent it to them via email. They accepted the quote and we scheduled the appointment. Upon arrival I took out all the parts that we would be fixing and replaced the items with new or Hydrotested items. I then tested the system and it was all good so I put it all back together and wrote the report. The customer also wanted me to do an inspection on the kitchen exhaust system which I did. I wrote that report also and let them know that I would call again in 6 months when the system was due for another service. The customer was pleased with the results.
