Annual fire sprinkler inspection & semi-annual Quencher inspection. No issues found at time of service on the wet riser system. The Quencher system sends supervisory trouble for all activation.
Building is monitored 24 hrs. Gas valve comes back
on automatically when the water stops flowing. Gas
valve should require manual resetting. Cooking
equipment is too far to the left for nozzle placement.
Appears kettle was added. Battery to hold open gas
valve in case of power outage needs to be replaced.
