I called to schedule the Ansul Kitchen Fire Suppression System service at this location. I showed up as scheduled and did the maintenance and service on this system.

Customer needed an upgrade on their Ansul kitchen fire suppression system. I arrived and took the system apart. I then replaced the tank, the chemical, the links, the caps and added a new cartridge and various other parts. Once done I put the system back together and tested it for functionality and wrote the report for the authorities having jurisdiction.

Annual maintenance on the fire extinguishers at the location. there were 5 six year maintenances due to be inspected. The 5 fire extinguishers are good to go until the next inspection unless used.

Quarterly cleaning of the kitchen exhaust system & hoods. We cleaned the Main hood system and the prep hood system. We also cleaned 22 Filters. This includes the inside of the hoods, the ducts and the fans.
