I was called out by the customer to do backflow inspections at their location. Upon arrival I got all my equipment ready and started testing the backflow devices. There are three on site. I did each one then wrote reports and left them onsite for the customer. I then let them know that I would be happy to do them next year and that they are an annual service.

I inspected the fire sprinkler system in a care home. I checked the sprinkler heads, the water pressure, and the flow rate. I also checked the sprinkler system's electrical connections and the timer. I made sure everything was working properly and that the system was ready for the upcoming summer season.

This customer had a work order that popped up in our system and I called to set up the appointment. I arrived on site to assess their system. They had only a single fire alarm system. I inspected the panel and all the devices that were connected to the panel. All devices worked correctly at this visit. System in good working order.
