Brice and his team did a great job
Brice has been extremely helpful working with us to address our fire system deficiencies. He communicates very well and has communicated with our fire marshal and other related vendors to problem solve. Looking forward to continue to work with him.

Annual fire extinguisher service & maintenance needed to be done. I did this recharging several fire extinguishers. I also sold them some new fire extinguishers.

Sprinkler Inspection
I arrived to do the annual fire extinguisher service and maintenance at this location as scheduled. I made sure that none were damaged and they were all in good working order (including checking the hoses, gauges and overall fire extinguisher). I shined the fire extinguisher and put them all back in their places after I tagged them. The customer had gone on an errand so I left my card with reception and let them know I was finished and a bill would arrive sometime in the next couple of days.
I scheduled this appointment do to some repairs to the system. Upon I Installed SD500 mim modules for AHU shut down and programmed them. System is all functioning properly except one AHU does not shut down when duct detector is tripped. You will need to have HVAC look at that. Gave maintenance all the information needed to fix the issue. Once it is fixed I will FaceTime with maintenance to verify system is shutting down to avoid having to create another service call to come out. I’ve updated quote will all parts used and took off parts that were not needed. I let them know they could call at anytime and I would be available.
Custom called and needed to get a few fire extinguishers serviced. I found that they had to have a new fire extinguisher also. So I did two inspections and sold them a new 5lb fire extinguisher. I let her know to call anytime they needed anything.
I decided to stop and check in with this customer. Upon arrival I found that they needed to have some annual inspections and some maintenance on the fire extinguishers. I completed this and let the customer know they could call anytime they needed me.
Customer called and needed to get the annual fire extinguisher maintenance done. I went over there and did the annuals and checked each fire extinguisher. Once I was done I let the customer know they were good for a year.
I called the customer to let them know I would be by to do the semi-annual inspection and service of the kitchen Range Guard System. Upon arrival I inspected it to look for any damage or possible items that might need to be replaced. I then put it in test mode. Once in test mode I tested it to make sure it would function as it is supposed to. Once this was done and the system was functioning well, I replaced the fusible links and foil seals. I then put the system back to operational mode. I wrote the report and let the customer know that they needed to get it done every 6 months.
Customer called and needed some new fire extinguishers. Customer was requesting (3) CO2 and (5) ABC fire extinguishers. I showed up with stock and sold them (3) 15lb CO2 fire extinguishers and (5) 10lb ABC fire extinguishers. Helped the customer get them set up. I did a quick look around to make sure that they were good on everything else. Customer is good for their regular fire extinguisher service unless they use or damage one.
Fire suppression service and kitchen exhaust inspection. This was for the Range Guard system and the duct system. The system was tested and the fusible links were changed out. The exhaust system was inspected to check the grease levels.
