I was setting up my coast run and called this customer to get on my schedule. They said sure you can do it when you are in the area. I arrived as scheduled and proceeded to do the semi-annual kitchen fire suppression service and the annual fire extinguisher maintenance. I finished up and gave the reports to the customer. I let them know they would get back on my schedule in 6 months.

The customer called and needed to get a fire extinguisher serviced. I made the trip out to do the annual fire extinguishers. upon arrival I found that they only had one. This one only needed an inspection. The 6 year is due in two years. I let the customer know that this would happen. I also asked if they wanted to be on my regular schedule that I could make a work order to call them next year when it is due again. The customer wanted this. I put them in our system and let them know that I would call before the next annual inspection and if they needed anything to call me
