I called and got this customer on the schedule for an annual fire alarm inspection. I arrived and tested the panel and each device to make sure they would function in an emergency. I needed to change out two batteries. I did that and wrote the report. Once done I gave them my card and said they would need this done annually. I asked if they wanted me to call them when it was due. The said yes and we made a rotatable work order so that we do not miss this customer.

I set this appointment up for the coast run we were getting ready to do. It is for the annual fire alarm inspection. This includes the panel and all the corresponding devices. We are checking for functionality and defects. There were no issues so I let them know we would call next year around the same time to schedule the appointment.

My appointment at this location was for the annual fire extinguisher services. There were several that needed maintenance and several that were just inspections. I did all the fire extinguishers and the customers are code compliant for another year.

The customer called and said that they needed to have some fire extinguishers inspected and some maintenance done. I arrived and found that they had 14 annual inspections and 6 that needed to have a maintenance or a hydrotest. I got it all done and the customer was pleased.

I stopped in to see if the customer at this location needed anything. They were due for their annual fire extinguisher inspections. I asked if I could do that at this time and they said yes, get it done. I completed the annual fire extinguisher inspection and let them know they would be due again in a year.

I arrived at this scheduled appointment and did a quick look at the system for any larger problems. Once this was done I tore it down to get it tested and to change out the disposable parts. Once I got all the parts changed out I tested the system and put it back into functioning order. System is good for another 6 months.

Customer called and needed to purchase some new fire extinguishers. I told them I could stop by later and did that. I sold them two new fire extinguishers. The customer was pleased and I let them know they would need to be inspected annually and that they came with a 6 year warranty.

I scheduled the following appointment to do the maintenance of the Water Wash system. I looked at the electronics, checked the functions of the system. Everything was ok so I put it all back together and wrote the report and left it for the maintenance people.

This is a scheduled appointment to do your annual fire extinguisher service. I found that there were two extinguishers so I checked each item of the fire extinguisher polished them and put them back in their places. I tagged each one and they are good until next year same month unless used. I let the owner know and said that I would call about two weeks before the next visit unless I heard from them first.

This customer called me because he has purchased a location I was scheduled to get serviced. I went over to the location and spoke to the customer at length on the process and what to expect. I then proceeded to do the annual fire extinguisher service and then moved to the kitchen fire suppression service. Once done I presented the customer with a review link and sent the inspection reports to him. I let him know that the fire suppression needed to be done semi-annual and the fire extinguishers were annual.
