EMERGENCY FIRE SPRINKLER SERVICE CALL

This customer called and wanted to get their facility trained on using fire extinguishers correctly. We made the appointment and I showed up with a lot of fire extinguishers to try. I brought CO2, ABC and water fire extinguishers. I let those that wanted to try each to put a fire out in our fire pan that I brought. Everyone that tries gets added to a sheet showing they are trained in the basics of fire extinguishers. Once this was all done I loaded up and let them know if they needed another class to let me know. I also asked if they wanted to do this annually. I then let them know when their annual fire extinguishers were due and I would see them for that inspection.

Fire extinguisher sales & service. I did the fire extinguisher service for this customer which included (3) recharges, 6 annuals and a sale of a new fire extinguisher.

Customer needed to get 24 fire extinguisher cabinets and the extinguishers to go inside of them....it was a call in. I ordered the fire extinguishers & specialty cabinets. Upon arrival I went to the site and installed all 24 cabinets with fire extinguishers.

Customer called and said that they had a power outage dry system #1 went wet do to air compressor having tripped breaker and system is offline. I Drained down 10 low point drains on system and reset dry valve. Everything is back online as normal.

Thank you for the opportunity to complete the fire alarm service call at your location. I was able to change out the Silent Knight Monitor Module at this service call. If you have any further needs please feel free to reach out.

I was called out to this location for a service call. I found the Left accelerator offline. System will still function as designed. Performed air test on system there was zero pressure loss after one hour. Maintence will continue to monitor air in system for two week's if everything seems normal. We will quote to replace the accelerator at that time

I arrived to complete the Annual fire sprinkler inspection and anti-freeze loop testing. Upon arrival I inspected the site for any problems, then I proceeded to inspection the system. Anti freeze tested at -21° F and they are good with that. The system has no issues and is functioning correctly. I sent them an emailed copy of the report and let them know that next March is their next inspection unless they have issues.

I called the customer to let them know it was time to do the fire extinguisher annual at their the North Bank facility. They said it was good for March 20. I went over and inspected 80 fire extinguishers. I found that 6 needed to be hydrotested and 10 needed to have a 6 year maintenance done. I did the 6 year maintenance on site then took the rest to the shop to be hydrotested and returned them to their proper place. I completed the inspection and let them know they were ready for another year unless any were used or had any issues.

I arrived at this location as scheduled, after setting up the appointment a week ago. I did a walkthrough of the kitchen making sure everything was good to start my inspection/testing of the kitchen Ansul System. I got set up to do the inspection and started to test to make sure it would work if needed. I changed out the fusible links and the rubber nozzle caps. The system was a double tank system. I checked the pull station to make sure it was accessible. I then put the system back online and sent the report to them via email.
